I went and looked at a farmall bn for sale the other day that had a hydraulics systems under the gas tank i've never seen one like that before and was wondering if they ever come from the factory like that ?

I seen one like that at the Wisconsin show [Madison] what about 10yrs ago, but thought that was just the prototype, that had Hyd on it.
 
No BN came from the factory with hydraulics.

The A, B, BN, Super A, C and Super C shared many common parts, and many others could be interchanged. For example, you could install a Super A engine in a B to get a live hydraulic pump. A stock B/BN engine does not have a location to mount a hydraulic pump. I believe you could also swap out the torque tube from a Super A into a BN, giving you a place to mount the hydraulic touch control block.

There are super-ultra-rare-one-or-two-of-a-kind "FRAMEALL" B test mules. That is not a misspelling. FRAMEall. These were the prototypes for what became the Touch Control hydraulic systems on the Super A and C. I believe only one or two are known to exist.

Very unlikely that you are looking at a Frameall B, though.
 
in these days of wrong decals and tractors that have been changed from original its hard to know just what you seen.
 
As pointed out below, no BN had factory hydraulics, but with the interchangeability of parts between A's, B's, BN's & Super A's, it wouldn't be hard to put one together if you have the donor tractors.
 
Thanks for the quick response guy's and that's right with these old tractors it's hard to tell whats been done to them I'm going to take a closer look it when i look at it this time i was thinking maybe super a but didn't know for sure.

My Farmall B is one of the last 125 B's made and it has a C block in it from the factory with plate under magneto to put hydraulic pump. In the late 50's dad
put hydraulic pump in it and built a loader for it.
