H and 300U/350U Camshaft?

Folks, I am looking around for a camshaft for my old c175. According to my book the camshaft with a key is a 49900ddx. I can find plenty of good used H camshafts inexpensively, but the used cams that are out of a 300 and 350 are always priced higher. Can anyone tell me with certainty whether these are the same camshafts? I am looking for stock, nothing fancy. Both of the C169/ C175 engines that I recently disassembled had a R.H. thread and nut.

Valve timing is different than a H on SH up. H will fit and work, may lose a little power.

Okay, that makes sense as to why they are different, and also why I can find so many references to folks who said they had used them. Thanks for clearing things up for me! Jeff
