What does this plow fit?

It started out as a Cub middlebuster. Somebody grafted on a slat bottom from a moldboard plow. Hope he didn't mess it up too badly.

Worth? Just SWAGs but it depends a lot on where you are and how bad somebody wants it, maybe 100 or 2 as it sits. It would probably be worth more if you could get a good middlebuster bottom off somebody's scrap pile. Since it has a good share, that slat bottom would probably bring a real fast $50 by itself.

I have a factory IH plow to go on it but how wide
was the factory plow? Will it hook up to Cub and A
too?

Unclear what plow you are asking the width of. Cubs typically used a 10-inch middlebuster or 12-inch moldboard plow. Plows do not mix between the Cub and A.

What tractor it goes on is a big question one thing for sure it wont fit a CUB or an A doesent look to be all there.

Since the framework is from a Cub middlebuster, I'd imagine that it would in fact fit a Cub.

However, whether it will work correctly or not is up for debate. Plowing properly requires a very specific geometry, otherwise you're just rooting up the ground. My guess is that plow would not turn the ground completely, and leave a slanted furrow bottom, making for a rough field later.

It's a Cub-16 middle buster someone changed to plow out but no damage is done to the unit, thanks for your help
