Farmall C front tires

I need to repair a front tire on the C, so I need to take the wheel off. Its' a narrow front end
(2 wheels) and I can't see a good place to jack against under the tractor to raise it.

Advice, please?

Thank you.

You can use a Jack and blocks under the front of the torque tube where the flywheel is located , if you need to remove both tires at the same time.

get you a 4x6 or 4x4 block and run the other tire up on it. that's what i do with my super C

Yes! That is the commonly used procedure. It might even be described in the owners manual.

i use a rock or block of wood, place a 2 X 4 piece of wood onto the rock, forming a ramp; then drive tractor wheel upon the wood. be sure to break the nuts a loose before you drive up.

also, i was always fixing flats, then i found out about foam filling the tires. good year does it around here. it is not cheap, but, no more flats. you are advised to not run them at road gear speed.
