1952 H Farmall

Yes. The last (probably) two hundred or so were so equipped because the supply of components for the band brakes (or the rear final drive housing) ran out. Osco-Lambert disk brakes were also a after market option. Dealer or Farmen installed. The Lambert brakes had three mounting bolts, and predominant logo/words. The IH disc brakes had 5 bolts for mounting. Jim

I have 52 H with disc breaks. Original owner, then my Dad bought on the original owners auction in 1975. Been mine last thirty acres. It is about 200 from last H serial. Dad overhauled and found either mains, rods, or both were Super H size.

Supposed to be serial 391358 and higher with SH type disc brakes, crankshaft size journals, flywheel, pilot bearing, clutch and think a rod operated starter and switch was used. Would need to look last one up to be sure, don't remember if the same serial break. Tractor was probably built in the first month of 53.

We have a 53 H with band brakes and all. The battery is under the fuel tank and is a regular H I would have thought the disc brakes would not have been on an H till The end in 53. Yes there were a few built in 53.
