Farmall 560D PTO

When I purchased the tractor it had a bent PTO shaft. Doing my research I have the PTO the is the clutch type. How hard is it to remove the PTO assembly from the tractor. Thank you in advance.

Remove 6 bolts from the rear and pull out. Drain the transmission down first; big plug under the PTO. Take at least 5 gallons out.
Unit is heavy and has o-ring seal to transmission so you will need a pry bar to get started.

If you put the front end down about 10degrees from the back you don't have to drainout as much transmission oil. When you put it back together pto has it's own oil reservoir
