Repairing Behlen torque motor

Hello all, I am looking for somebody who is familiar with the Behlen torque motors that were used on IH tractors such as my 450. I had it rebuilt several years ago, but it has stopped working. Specifically, it recently just stopped turning the output shaft. Input shaft turns, but output shaft just freewheels. I have talked to Mike at Steel Wheel Ranch and he says that he no longer has anybody that he can send these to. Anybody out there know anybody with expertise on these units? I can probably fix it myself with some expert guidance. Thanks, Hugh
