Cultivision decal years

I have the Letter Series originality book, and have looked other places, and can't seem to find what years/when the decal's for the A and B/BN tractors had the "cultivision".

I have a 1946 A, a 1942 B, and a 1946 BN. all have been repainted prior to me owning them. one has the "cultivision" decal, one does not, and there are no decals on the 3rd.

So, my question is, what year(s) were the cultivision decals used?

PS. I have searched the archives, and looked multiple times in books, and cannot seem to find reference to the timing.

Probably from late 1939-early 1940, not sure anyone knows. Yours definitely had cultivision from the factory, with the possiblity that the 42 did not, 99-1 odds it did though. Even if I had a 1939, it would get cultivision decals unless there was absolute proof that it did not come that way.

I think many of the abandoned cars on the route to the Woodstock Music Festival had bumper stickers reading "Cultural Division". Would that be the same thing?

The early Super A tractors also used the Cultivision decal, the was a wavey word "Super" superimposed over the top of the A

It was advertised as such in 1940. Rhe sales thingy i have about the A CULTI9VISION was printed but all the pics of the tractors shown with implements none had the decal yet the cover says Cultivision.

eep in mind that most of the tractors illustrationed in the early brochures were preproduction machines. Many things, possibly including decals, changed before production started.

Reviving this post with a new question. What years used the "Deering" name on the hood decal on As Bs etc? In other words had:MCcormick Deering on top with "Farmall" below.

(quoted from post at 15:49:03 09/16/16) My `48 Cub was original when I bought it and had McCormick-Deering decal. I think the `49`s went to McCormick only.

Mark, Did it also have the IH on the decal? Thanks
