IH 350Utility Hydro Relief Valve Huge leak???

Hello, So I have had an IH350 Utility for about 5 years now. I used the tractor for some hay mowing and baling and odds and ends. I noticed that at times the Pressure Relief (I assume?) on the hydraulic system (Have a fast hitch and one control as well as it feeding the Power Steering) leaks. Mainly after a hard day I would notice some fluid coming out. This is going to be the right hand of the operator seat when seated. it is on the 1st block off the resivoir which is under the driver seat. the second "block" is the control itself. I think this 1st block is a pressure reducer? or possibly the relief system? In any case my issue is yesterday after running a little 30 minutes? the hydraulic fluid came gushing out this port. literally like a plug was missing. i was on a slightly hill where the pickup would have been on the up side however i know that my fluid level was good. I check it regularly. I searched the forum here for ideas and I have removed the cover (messy!) to the resivoir. I can see I needed new fluid anyway. I was under the impression this all came out of the many tranny which I use hytran. Anyway. The brass filter was somewhat collapsed and did have at least half of it plugged with dirt. almost like the pump was sucking in but it was getting not enough fluid so it imploded. I appreciate any suggestions. I am going to see if I can get a new filter anyway. here is hoping it was just dirt but I wasn't so sure just dirt would make all the fluid come out the pressure relief like that. THe regulator Safety block (the device on the right under the valve) probably has an Oring failure. It is not too complex if you take good images when taking it apart. See the Diagram at caseih.com parts and service, search for parts bu model, International 350. then select hydraulic system. Jim
