the lift rod does not have holes in it to put bolt thru for down pressure...looks like factory lift rod...whats up.... how do u get down pressure on a farmall 300...........dewy

The pin goes through "eyebolt, Lift Link". It is the forged piece from the rocker arm, and the lift rod. Shown in the diagram as part 3 and part 4. Jim

i really need to get a picture of this one.because my no. 6 dont look like that and i dont see where to put pin thru no. 2 and 4...i will look at it again an try to get a picture.....its a funny lookin clamp on style that bolts on to lift rod....thanks again......dewy

The later 300s had a different Fast hitch. This type has two lift links from a two armed rock shaft. It has a hinged lower mount for the bottom ov the cylinder. The hinge has a pin hole through it that controls down pressure. Part 1 and part 3 in this illustration. under the bottom of the cylinder. Jim
