Farmall 706 brakes

I'm working on a 706 that lost hydraulic
pressure on the clutch side brakes. It has
hydraulic fluid coming out of the weep holes
on the bottom of the brake cover. I pulled
the brake cover off but I can not separate
the cover from the hydraulic operator. Is
there something I'm missing? Also any ideas
on what might be causing this problem?

What your missing is that OH the brake drum studs are rusted to the brake piston housing . To separate use a thin bladed putty knife and work around the the two pieces i like to use three putty knifes to get it moving and then take a punch and tap the two studs back in the piston housing . And why you leaking Hyd oil is that one of the self adjusters has stuck and allowed the brake piston and everything to get off center and one side of the piston came out past the O/Ring . You may also have broken or rusted collapsed return springs along with the self adjuster screw either stuck or the one way clip broken or bent .

I got the case opened. It was packed full of brake dust and hydraulic fluid paste. 2 of the return Springs are broken. Also the self adjusters Springs are completely rusted and stuck. Can I get new adjusters or do I have to buy the whole plate with them on it? I attached some pictures of what I found so far.

So I got everything apart now and I cleaned everything. The primary brake plate and the intermediate brake plate are scored and pitted and not smooth anymore. Is there a way to clean these or do they have to be replaced entirely?
