Hi, took battery out to do some cleaning; just bought this "H"....they are "all" Positive ground - correct? Im ready to put back and dont want to get it mixed up! Thanks.

Maybe maybe not. If it is a 6 volt system odds are it is positive ground. If it has been converted to 12 volt the odds are about 50 50. If it has an alternator (aluminum housing not painted steel) replacing the generator, it is likely to be negative ground.
To make reasonably sure, when you put the battery back in, put on only one of the cables. As you place the terminal on the post it will either fall on too easily, or not fit unless spread out at the bolt. Do not force it on, or tighten it up, it is on the wrong post. If it fits just like it came off it is correct. the posts are 10 percent different in size. Jim

Positive post on the battery is usually a larger diameter than the negative post. Thus the cables will only fit back on the same way they came off.

Got it guys...thanks...i was sure I was hooking it up right (pretty sure)...but when I hit the starter button it would nt do anything- nothing- cables were tight; it was charged up also for a day; so took it in and it had shorted inside...the battery - put in new battery and works fine...thanks again!
