Re 574 wiring/hydraulic issues

Wanted to thank the guys who pushed me in the right direction. Finally got it worked out i believe. Electrical issue: After charging up my battery, did a little more testing and felt that the coil was at least some of the problem.Changed that out along with new plug wires as they didnt look so good after I took off the lead from coil to distibuter. While i was putting everything back together i decided to put some new ends on a few wires. Then i finally said screw it and split the harness the whole way to the junction under the dash.Wound up rewireing most of it as there were bare spots and sighns of overheating/melting.Also redid most of the stretch of wires coming from the rear into the junction as they were worn bare where they cross under the dash panel.I swapped back to my old coil and i couldnt even get it to fire so im confident thats resolved. Hydraulic issue: Im embarased to say that when i took the loader off to split the tractor,I capped the lines off and left them that way.My loader is fed from the valve under the right fender, and right axle.My other tractor(656 gas 263 gear drive)had a loader on it that ran from the remotes.Although i couldnt use the loader and remotes at the same time, when i took it off i simpley disconnected the lines just as you would anything running from them.Being used to that,I never gave it a thought, and just capped them off.Pretty sure thats the problem I was hearing.Anyway, thanks for the help, mike
