I don't run the super A very much through the year. I do keep a Battery Minder on the battery when not in use. After I start the tractor the needle on the gauge stays in center even at full throttle, Take screwdriver and tap the band around the generator and needle moves to the right as charging. When in full throttle I turn lights on needle move to the left and on bright moves to the far left. Turn lights off and needle moves back to the right of center. At low throttle needle moves to center and stays there. Tractor starts good every time even in winter months. What to do about having to tap band and start charging system each time after long time of no running? Do the lights have that much pull on the charging system? Thanks for info and all is appreciated. Pembroke

In addition to what Gene said, make sure to
check the grounding of the generator & other
electrical units.

Gene---hot enough for you today? We did sweet
corn this morning early & it was already hot
& humid.

roasted some on the grille this PM and in the shade even had a fan running outside its been something else but it was a hot sob when i was born 81 yrs ago today so i would say the weather hasnt changed in the last 81yrs. But the corn is great perfect weather p;enty of rain and warm good ground and that makes great corn eat and enjoy.
