Case IH 244 Transmission / Hydro Fluid & Parts Help

I am looking for a few parts for an old tractor I picked up this week. Its an '82 International Harvester 244 (Diesel). It looks like they never did any service to it and so I want to drain the fluids and replace. The hydraulic fluid was milky and probably there from the first day but somehow thank god they work still...

Are the trans and pto fluid shared in this model? I have a service manual coming but am wanting to get a head start on it. There are 2 drain plugs it looks like below the trans, and a filler/dip stick to check it which the fluid isn't registering on......there is also another filler with a screen in it, I assume its the hydraulic one....it is right below where you select (High/Low) it has a metal line that goes to front of engine and also seems to dump back in towards rear of tranny its milky..

I am also looking for some parts, any help would be appreciated.

-Fuel Filter

-Oil Filter

-Gear Shifter Boot (mine is gone, deteriorated to goo)

-Gear Shifter Knob

-Hy-Tran ( enough to change both trans and hyrdolics ? 5 gallons?)

-Engine Oil (10w-40?)

-Hydraulic Strainer/Filter

-3 Pt Hitch Pins for lift arms, and pins to hold all the arms on, mine is missing every one of them.
