My FFA project tractor is leaking bad at the clutch linkage on
the drivers right side. It is a bad leak. Just started. I assume I
need to drain oil , and remove "pan". What do I look for once I
have done this?

There is an o-ring that seals the transmission brake shaft.

Ya do not have to drain ALL the oil from the rear end , just pull the plug under the trans brake housing and the next one back under the speed transmission then just place a jack under the bell housing and jack it up just a couple inces and drop the trans brake shaft cover remove the little pin that will be under what is left of the gskt and tap the shaft out of the brake arm then remove the key and slide it on out . Replace the O / RIONG lube it up a little and stuff it back together , half hour to fortyfive min. top's
