Can anyone tell me what I can expect to pay for one new AND used? I just called Steiners and they don't have one. Who does?

Im in NE Okla, Chelsea. How much are you asking? This is for a sliding in and out sideways axle. Im told the axle the wheel fits on is different for standard axles that don"t slide out sideways, and for those that do. Don"t see the difference myself.
