My farmall b starts missing out after about 20 minutes running. Have went through the cooling system radiator and flushed water through the block. went through fuel and spark replaced everything and i still have the same problem. Does anyone have any ideas

Throwing parts at a problem can and will cause more problems then it will ever fix. You need to learn to trouble shoot. Fire it up and run it till you have a problem. then
#1 check your spark you need a good blue/white spark tha twill jump a 1/4 inch gap or more at all the plug wires. If you have then then
#2 pull the carb drain plug and make sure you have a good steady flow of gas for 3 minutes that will fill a pint jar in less then that time.

You say you "replaced everything" what did you replace?

I was having an issue last year with a miss that would come and go. Tractor would run fine when cold, when it got warmed up if you put it under heavily load it would start to miss and would continue to miss until you shut it off, let it cool down and start the process over - or sometimes it would run 8 hours without ever missing. I messed with several things thinking it was the coil or points or possibly a plug wire. Turned out I had a crack in the insulator on one of the spark plugs.

i would check the coil and make sure it has a vented fuel cap as that will starve it on fuel. check the timing also as your talking about overheating, but it wont make it miss.
