Turf Tires on 300u/ 350u?

Folks, I have been running foamed lug (R1) tires on my 300u, and am about ready to purchase a second set of tires, this time for my 350U. I have been using my 350u for mowing grass (Not brush hogging, actually pulling a finish mower) and it is noticeably rutting the place. The 350u presently has rotting unfilled R1's, spinouts and wheel weights, and I will probably pull the weights, as I really don't need them for mowing. Could anyone comment as to running turf tires? I would really like to have one on turf, and one on R1's, but I have never run turfs on a tractor this large. All of my rears are currently 13.6x28.
Thanks in advance for any comments, Jeff

No real issue in grass. Adjust the pressure so the tire makes a full tread width "footprint" and enjoy. Jim

When I bought my 300U, it had turf tires. the previous Owner only used it to finish mow. It did well. I changed because I am using the tractor in different ways.

for mowing (finish mowing), you cant beat them.

We had a 300u that was used for everything, with lug tires.A neighbor had a 350u with turf tires that was only used for finish mowing. The only thing is that it got stuck easily:we had to pull him out a few times, with the 300u ! Mark

Thanks for all of the great comments. I will move forward, and have one on turf.
As to getting stuck, the mowing tractor is out in Lubbock Texas. If you can get a tractor stuck mowing in Lubbock Texas, you have a gift! On the bright side, when I get up in the seat on a tractor here, I can see all the way to Amarillo. Thanks again guys, Jeff
