Brother bought a Case IH 5130 maxxum at auction, 6000 hours. Any of you guys have experience with these? gm

I had a 5230 with a loader on it back in the day. It was a decent tractor for me. Motor is bullet proof. Always had small annoying electrical gremlins, sensors ect. The transmission controller is no longer available for them. If it fails you must send it to a place in Canada to be rebuilt, two week turn around. The hydraulic pumps for them are in the neighborhood of $12000 and they start to fail around the 8000 hour mark. The costly and sometimes no longer available parts are why they are going cheap at auctions.
