354 dripping oil from dipstick tube

noticed my 354 diesel is dripping oil out of the dipstick, i cleaned the filler cap to make sure it was venting, is there any other vents that might be stopped up or is this just from blowby?

no one seen this before? im sure she could use a overhaul but making sure there isnt any other kind of breather stopped up or anything else that could cause it.
