Re: Super C Draft Link/Fast Hitch

(quoted from post at 19:37:09 05/27/16) pics may be helpful on this one ..you may have later version fast hitch.........dewy

The bar on the left side of the torque tube (attached just like the one on the right) looks somewhat homemade. It also has the flat bar that connects to the front hydraulics on the left side. The depth control linkage on the right side is only 1/2 as long as needed and is bolted to torque tube.

. The one on the other side is the draft link, 2 pieces. Took me years to find a leveling link, watched them sell on Ebay for over a hundred bucks, finally found one for $50.

Gab,

Would you mind posting pictures of those pages showing the adjustments? I just want to make sure everything is good with mine. I need to order one of those manuals you've got.

Yes my leveling link is there and in good condition. The draft control is there, but only the bottom half. Might have to make the upper half myself.....but I'll need something to go by.

Here are some pictures of the real thing. The one picture shows the bell crank sitting on the clutch pedal. In the parts book picture that was sent, they leave the bell crank on when not using it. I don't like to do that as sometimes it hits on the bar when I lower the fast hitch all the way down to hook up my rotary mower. Yes the bar is marked on the top to show what direction it goes because I can't remember anything any more!
