Cyclo 400 planter won't lower

Haven't used this cyclo 400 before and it won't drop down. I was wondering if there is a transport pin I'm missing. There's nothing on the cylinder holding it up

Yes there is. If i remember its on the left hand side. It should be be
plain site

Is it under the panel the cylinder is under by the
cylinder?

It should be off to the left of the drawbar. It should be under the frame.

By the market arm valve? I still don't see it I'm sorry
to keep asking you but hopefully I find it

It should be on the big pipe the wheels are welded too.

8 row has two and six or 4 row one lock IIRC. Owned both 6 and 8 row bot 1990 last year.

Ya it's just a 4 row. Is it just a pin or a locking arm I haven't really got a chance to take a look since posting the question

I haven't been around one in a long time. It should be a pin with a hair clip. Things change in 45 years so it could be a bolt who knows. The lock is on the large pipe the wheels are fastened too.
