Christmas tree valve

Just finished putting a fast hitch on a Super MTA and I am using the christmas tree valve for the up and down. The cylinder was professionally rebuilt, but the problem I have is the hitch won't stay up. If this valve is leaking, is there a rebuild kit for this? It doesn't have any problems lifting or dropping with power each way, but just won't stay up even with the tractor running. Any suggestions?

If valve is leaking internally machine shop work, better if they specialize in hydraulic work is the only option for using it. Replace with another type valve or use what the hundred series and some others did to keep them from leaking through the control valves. Block and check valve like the picture can be plumbed in were you want to locate in the lines.
