I have mentioned this on another thread but I think it should have it's own thread

Too bad it's so far
away, that all that

enjoy. Were you able to
acquire anything you
wanted from the stuff?

Ya, I'm keeping some stuff, I kept a TD40 I've had my eye on for 20+ years, and WD40 & ??? Plus a couple nice trucks.

i added a 1066 & 1466 that are for sale also. They are listed on this site for sale also, the 1466 is on sale bill but 1066 wasn't.

Well I got 2 WD's running yesterday, and the lead tandem today. I can't get the mag to engage properly on the rear one, I'll look at taking it off another day, never had one off before.

Ther will also be lots of parts at auction:
3 diesel blocks, I think 4 cranks, a 10 deg. head a few gas 6 cyl cranks, starter cranks, piston, sleeves, rings, valves, bearings, starters, front axle, and lots more. If your coming know what you need, bring a calliper so you know what it is because I don't.
I put a few pics on my photobucket but I'll put a couple on here.

So I had someone from the US bring to my attention that they had talked to the auctioneer & was told that he would have to have Canadian cash, if this has happened to anyone else that is not the case. US cash is fine, just no Cheques from US citizens as banks will hold them until they clear, this can take 3 weeks or more. US cash will be taken @ that days exchange rate + 2 or 2 1/2 cents, whatever bank will charge us to exchange it. Our banks screw us a little more than US banks.
Feel free to contact me with any concerns.

Thanks, Jim

Here is some info on the Chapter 38 show.

2016 ANNUAL SHOW UPDATE!
The 2016 Annual Show will be held at Sukanen Ship Museum, Moose Jaw, SK on July 16 and 17.
This show will mark the 10th Anniversary of Chapter 38!
For all of you that have been to Sukanen Ship Museum before, you know that they have an extensive collection of regional artifacts and buildings that transport you back to a much simpler time. They also have an extensive collection of antique farm equipment and vehicles for you to view. For those that have never been there before, why not make plans to make this show your first visit!
A block of rooms has been set aside at the Days Inn Moose Jaw (306-691-5777). Just let them know that you are part of the IHC Collector’s Club, and they will hook you up. Primitive camping is available on the grounds.
This year the feature will be “Dusty and Rusty”. Bring your unrestored, original condition trucks and tractors! It might be the tractor that gets used on the auger once in a while, or the old truck you use to check cattle – whatever it is, we want you to bring it!
What will be going on:
• Pancake Breakfast both days
• Parade of Power
• Threshing • Stationary baler
• Food concessions • Vendor area
• Tractor Pulls (run by Sukanen Ship Museum event team)
• Annual Meeting and Banquet (Saturday evening)
• And of course lots of IH tractors, trucks, and memorabilia!
Please plan to attend our Friday evening mixer! This is a ‘Members Only’ gathering that will be held in Kampen Hall on the Sukanen Ship Museum grounds from 5:00 – 7:00pm. There will be munchies, pop, juice, and ice provided. You are free to bring your own drink if you choose.
The highlight of the evening will be the sale, by unreserved auction, of a new old stock 4 foot square double sided lighted IH dealer sign! This sign is in its original wooden crate and is literally a ‘once in a lifetime opportunity’! You don’t want to miss this!
Together, we can make the 2016 Show great, so mark your calendar and plan to attend!

Well I had the TD40 with blade running, it runs great but needs a clutch. I also got this WD40 running, it runs great as well.

I also have had this one running MANY times on gas but it's not pumping fuel, it won't fire at all on diesel. I can't find pictures of it, I'll have to go take some.
Also was driving the TD35 around the other day, it works good.

Hrer's the one I got running yesterday.

And this is the one that won't kick off on diesel.

another one taking in it's first sunlight in over 30 years. A pretty nice W40, it's missing on #1 though, not sure why yet.

I haven't updated this for a while & i have a few more running, I don't think I ever took pictures of the 15-30, it was tucked back in a stall in barn and I couldn't get good pics of it. And in all the excitment of getting it running I still didn't get good pics of it. Was having trouble getting spark on the the WD40 with the cab so I just pull started it on diesel. I'm running out of time to spend too much time on one tractor.I still have a WD40 & a WD9 I'm hoping to get running, I've pretty much given up hope on getting the tandem WD's running.
