Farmall 200 Remite Hyd. Block - Need Help

I finally got the toolbox removed from the tractor in taking off the 2 point hitch to swap it to the Super C. All of the toolbox bolts had to be torched. Upon removing the hard hydraulic lines, hydraulic block, and soft hydraulic lines I decided to clean things up and blow air through all of those passages to make sure they were clear. Well I removed the 2 large things on the sides of the Hydraulic block and then the rain hit and I had to run inside the shop. Now I'm trying to put back together and I can't remember which side they came out of. One is longer than the other so I know it matters. I Can't find this part in the online parts book.

Looking at my paper print TC-44B Super C Parts Catalog (which is the same as the Farmall 200 in this area) it is clearly shown on page 195. The short plug (p/n 360391R1) goes in the end of the block where the two ports you have labeled hoses are closest to the block end or at the top of your photo. The long plug (p/n 360392R1) goes in the end farthest away from the ports you have labeled hoses or at the bottom of your photo. You also will have to get the right small items associated with each plug in the proper sequence along with the correct plug for the system to function properly. Good luck in getting your issue resolved and HTH, Hal.

What small items are you referring to? I removed those plugs and that is the only thing that was removed. Nothing else was inside there.

Associated with the short plug are two 13727D washers, a 350668R1 spring and a 354057R2 check valve - these parts might be capsulated in the plug but are shown individually in the parts catalog. Associated with the long plug are a 353953R1 actuator and a 355967R1 seal ring. Someone who knows how to scan and post a copy of the parts catalog diagram of the assembly sequence of these components would be quite helpful to you it seems. I usually have an IH Parts Catalog before ever purchasing equipment for reference and to obtain a general knowledge of how they are put together and find them very valuable and a low cost investment for these types of issues, Hal.

Yeah. I didn't see Any parts whatsoever inside behind the plugs. The plugs seem like one solid piece. I will look in the block again as I blew it out with compressed air and saw nothing inside Or nothing come out.

The good news is all of those items are still available either through the Parts Depot or CaseIH from a quick check I made on line. If you need a copy of my Super C Parts Catalog page showing the location and sequence of assembly of these items send me a US postal service mailing address and I'll put a copy of my catalog page in the mail to you tomorrow - my email should be open, Hal.

Been 20 years since I had mine apart, think your missing a spring and a plastic bullet looking thing.

That block acts as a detent that prevents the fast hitch from dropping too fast, and damaging implement, when you let it down. The one on my SC leaked externally and internally
so I took it off to get repaired. It works fine without it, so the old one is still sitting on the shelf.

I also remember a spring and piston when I had my apart years ago.

Was it working before you took it off?

Dean. This hitch was just removed from a non-running parts tractor. I'm putting it on a Super C. I looked inside the hole where the "shorter" if goes and you can see a needle like thing about 1 1/2 inches in. The other hole where the "longer" plug goes has nothing. I did not have anything that came out of these passages. No ball, plastic thingy , or spring.

I'm getting ready to put this fast hitch on the Super C and I've gotten everything ready to put on and wanted to make sure that it would be ok to install that check valve block on the tractor becuase if you recall mine didn't have the internal parts when I took it apart to rebuild/clean.

Mine is missing parts # 5, 6, 8, and 9. Do I need to order all of these parts from Case/IH or will it work just fine without them?
