I have a 560 with the "delux verticle acting" seat (assembly 267 in parts listing). I got a bushing kit for it as it sort of flops around side to side. Is there any IH publication that talks about bebuilding one of these seats? Where is the best place to start? rubber springs are in tact but I don't know if they still have the right tension. thanks for any help

There is a guy advertising in red power who has the parts and knowledge, even has rebuilt seats for sale.

I got some stuff from him but forgot his name.

It is a simple system, print out the parts drawings and mark stuff as you remove it. Some parts are left and some right.

Dad recently put those bushings in a 656 seat, which is similar. He said it was easy. Just take the seat apart, remove the remnants of any old bushings, put the new bushings in, and put the seat back together. Pretty intuitive if you have any mechanical inclination at all.

If it worries you take pictures as you go so you can see how things went together. Work on a large clean table so you can lay things out in the order they came apart.

He still needs the parts breakdown as some of the pins may be missing, i know at least one of mine was gone.

All parts need to be there or the seat does not behave well.

My seat was about as bad as yours leaning to one side all the time. To replace bushings would have been easy but I had to weld to repair bushing holes and shaft ends. At the time I thought it would have been better to buy a new one but its done now and works ok. Plan to have some time to spend on this project and get the parts breakdown to help.
