Farmall M pinion bearing cage

Hi, my Dad and are working on a '39 M with a broken bearing cage. All of the replacement pieces I find look different on the brake side/outer flange. This is kind of skeleton looking/ribbed on the outside where all the ones I can find are basically solid on the outside.
Will a cage from a later tractor bolt right up? I understand the disc brake (Super) tractor is a completely different piece. Thanks in advance for any help.

The best I can think related to your situation is that the device you have is actually a early production component. 39 through mid 1950 were different in many ways. I would obtain a flat faced cage and measure it in comparison to the one you have. im
