M hydraulics

I have a 41 M that I just got running. I have a live pump and loader and the Rams (double action ) were leaking badly with chunks of packing hanging out of the nuts. So I had them rebuilt and tested at a hydraulic shop.
When I put it back together it's slow (the loader lift arms) and very low powered. The bucket moves faster and has more umph to it. And I know when I tested it before rebuild it picked the front of the tractor right off the ground.
I can see good flow through the tank with the top off.
Can't understand what I could have done to lose power like this in the hydraulics.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks Everyone
Steve

I would first check the hydraulic pressure. Tee a pressure gauge in the pressure line before the spool valve and then run the valve to the end of
the stroke and dead head it for a couple seconds and see what the pressure is. Could be the bypass is stuck partially open with debris. Be
sute to use a good hydraulic gauge.

What do you mean by run the valve to the end of its stroke then dead head it? Do you mean open the valve and then close it?
Sorry for being slow on the uptake.

that means to pull the valve to max limit and hold there while getting your pressure reading.
