F130 Mods

Seeing as I only had 1 part of the 4 piece battery box for my 130 I fabricated a nice 'pad' for the battery to set on. Also fixed some issues with alignment on the alternator bracket. Getting close to starting this beast. Been on my floor for almost 10 yrs. now. Work yet to be done: Wiring, fluids (not a drop in it), belts.

Isn't the battery box bolted at the top with 2 bolts to the light and control pedestal to keep it from flopping back/forth?

That is true gab, but the box was not complete when I got the 130. Too pricey to purchase, so you do what you can. Nice and sturdy base. If there is room I will make a couple of long j hooks with a bar across the top.
