Yes they are the same. To mount to a regular you must have the triangle brackets the bolt to the differential cover. On an f20 it can bolt to underneath the differential housing.
 
Here is a photo of the one on our Regular, so you can see the brackets needed for a Regular. The rest of the unit is the same as an F20.

We found one at a junkyard and we have seen a couple sell on ebay over the last couple of years.

Thank you ! The one I am looking at doesn't have those brackets or that flat plate, but it wouldn't be too bad to fab those I suppose.
 
Yes, just a triangle with a square cut out of the right-angle so those sides can be bent then welded together. Then they lopped off the points on both ends of the hypotenuse side.
