Will rims off of a 300 fit an h?

If it is an early 300 with drop center rims, yes. If it is most 300s with double bevel rims, no unless it is a 300 with the 2.5" axles and you swapped the wheel centers too. I have a 55 300 with H wheels and rims. Later 300s went to a 2.75" axle at some point IIRC.

The 2-3/4" axle was ALWAYS an option on the 300, the 350, and even the 460. Not so common on the 300 & 350 but much more common on the 460 because so many were used under mounted corn pickers.

Thanks. I had thought they became standard at some point in the 300 run but I must be mixed up.

According to my TC-54a parts book for FARMALL 300 & 350, the 6-spoke cast wheel and deep well rim was used on 300 on serial # 501 to 3726. #3727 and up plus all 350's used eight spoke cast wheels and double bevel rims.

Lot of 300 built before big axle could be ordered. First one from factory that used big axles, housings, outer bearings, caps and 400 type wheels was serial 21678 12-1-55.
