Dust Cap for Rotolock Valve looking

These dust covers that were used on the IH tractors air conditioning, I'll call them Rotolock Valves. I am looking where to buy them? The newer covers that you can buy are the plastic ones that I have in the picture, are too short. They must be made for the newer style valves with a shorter stem. Those old original ones were aluminum and a bit longer. Any thoughts on where to buy the old style ones? Thanks

I'm not an AC guy,But my 'gut' tells me that is for the old R-12 systems.Since R12 has been illegal for several years, replacement parts for those old systems are no longer available.Maybe someone has an old one floating around,or a salvage yard can help. Or you may just have to convert to R134. As I said,I am not an AC guy,so take this with a 'grain of salt'.

I have run into that problem of the new plastic ones being too short also. Seems to me one supplier did have long ones but not sure. And yes, you still need them with R134 conversions as you still keep the shut off valves unless replacing with newer style hoses. I think I do have a few old metal ones but don't really do much air cond repair anymore. For that mater , very little of any repairs.

NOT sure what FIAT sells nowadays, but if you schlep on over to the GREEN dealer, you can buy part #AR69997 for about $5 and get the good 'ol full-size aluminum caps we were used to "back in the day".
