F-450 F-560 rear axle size?

Any one know if rear axles on F-450 and F-560 are the same size? I purchased a pair of spin out rims and hubs off a parts 450 for my F-450 but now I'm needing more HP for a six row planter and I'd like to purchase a F-560 and use the wheels on it. Any help appreciated!!!

They should be the same.

Both should be 2-3/4" diameter. I'm surprised your 450 can't pull a 6-row planter. Dad had a stock 450-G from '64 to '68 and there was very little difference between what our 450 pulled and what the neighbor across the road pulled with his 560-G.

If your 450 won't pull it a 560 won't either . My experience the 4 cylinder engines have the ability to make more power than you may realize is there ,stock or slightly modified .
