10-20 rear wheels

I'm wanting to put a band around one set of lugs on my 10-20, on the rear wheels like I've seen on other steel wheel tractors, then put some kind of rubber on the band, is someone making these [ I'm calling them bands don't know if that's correct ] for sell, or does everyone just make there own?

Those bands are known as "road bands". I don't know if anyone makes them for sale. Considering that they are large and heavy, shipping would be expensive, so you would be better off to have a local steel shop cut a piece of flat stock to length and run it through their roller to form a circle.
