Has any body had to replace the pinion seal and o-ring on one of these hand clutches? What is the replacement part # s for these or sizes? Thank you for any help
 
Provided you have accurate measurements Baum Iron Omaha Neb. can supply most any seal, o ring , most hyd. parts.
 
If you can get the seal out relatively intact you should be able to take it to a NAPA or other parts store for a matchup.
 
Pinion shaft seal is available at napa or any good auto parts store, just get part number of old seal and they can cross it over. DiD the seal on my md when I installed the hand clutch no problem at all to get...
 

The CORRECT seal is not available, the replacement is to thick.

The other option is the wrong lip configuration.

A seal will need to be modified some.
 

Take it to a good bearing house and get it measured up. I am guessing it is the wrong seal if it is rubbed off. There is no clearance in there for a thick seal. The gasket behind there is kind of special also.
 
measure the bore and depth of the housing and the od size of the shaft,carry the old seal for a reference and have the parts man to get out his (seal book) and you should be able to match it up close enough to the old seal to work
