1929 Regular - Radiator repair

Got the hoses replaced and all the crud out of the motor on a '29 regular that had been sitting for 30+ years. Filled it with water and the radiator has several pinhole leaks in the cooling fins.
Any suggestions for a temporary fix? I don't know that this tractor will even run, but if it does I'd like to know how to fix the radiator. Seems to me if one tries to take the thing apart, it will just fall apart. I haven't ever had a radiator with cast iron tanks. Suggestions?
Thanks

I had the same problem with my 1930 Farmall Regular. I used Bar's Leaks: Stop Leak Concentrate, put half the bottle in as instructed and that worked pretty well. Its a
small grey 11oz bottle. I think I found it at NAPA.

The only thing with using any of these are that the tractor must be running with water or antifreeze in the radiator for it to work. I don't know how bad yours is, but
with mine it held enough for me to get it running with water in it, get it warmed up, add the Stop Leak, and then I just kept adding more water if it got low and after
about 20 minutes all the leaks were sealed. Personally I would run it for about 30 minutes just to be safe.

(quoted from post at 12:32:52 11/20/15) OK thanks for the tips.

The tractor must be running and at operating temp. The Farmall has a thermosyphion cooling system and if its not up to temp very little water is flowing. It will work but it takes awhile. Cover the radiator with a feed sack or something till its warmed up. New cores are available. Not too bad a job to replace one if your patient and handy at drilling out broken bolts.

I would get it running first. If you don't run it too long you can run it without coolant
in it. I've replaced 2 cores on two different f-20's. The biggest problem I ran into was
the cores didn't fit properly out of the box. I went through Alderson. They made it right
and finally got a radiator from another manufacturer.

The leaks are pinhole leaks in the cooling fins so maybe I can plug them with stop-leak.

I took off the water outlet on the side of the block - my goodness what a bunch of rust in there. Cleaned it out with water pressure and a coat hanger best I could.

Where can I get a fan belt?
Thanks to all for the suggestions.
