FARMALL C starter

Probably with enough money. But Why? If you need it it be tamper proof/child proof, just put a simple key switch on the ignition.

Yes.

Remove the starter switch from the starter "belly and replace the stud that it contacts with a terminal "bolt", giving a place to connect the power wire from the new starter solenoid.

Unless you are experienced and have a large "soldering copper", that's a job to take to an automotive electric repair "gennys and starters" shop.

You would need to replace that contact point on the starter with an actual post, and everything after that is simply imagination and ingenuity. My 1940 M was set up with a keyed switch and push button solenoid when I first got it. I replaced the key switch with an original type push-pull switch, but kept the push button and solenoid.

A Starter button as mentioned would be realatively easy and inexpencive. I assumed they were talking about an electric starter
solenoid similar to what a automobile would use.

Better have a good starter shop to change the button to a stud and get it refreshed while its there brushes, bearings ,drive ect.
