rim clamps 560 Farmall

My parts 560 has wheel centers but no rims. Parts book shows 363016R1, clamp rear wheel adjustable 12 used, and 373926r1 clamp rear wheel fixed, 4 used. I assume the fixed ones go on the tabs on the wheel, but on my other 560 all 16 clamps are the same. was there a change on these?
 
I'm assuming it's the same type of system as the 806, although the cast hubs are not interchangeable. the fixed clamps go 90 degrees apart from each other, each engaging a drive lug. then the other 6 go in the remaining spaces.
 
Most likely some other tractor ended up with more than two drivers on each wheel when someone was changing rims and wheels over the years. If they don't slip I would not worry about it as it is not the only tractor around with the wrong arrangement.
 
Are u sure two clamps aren't a little differant. But the rims now are a universal rim,to fit IHC, JD, alomost all the brands, they use from 1 to 4 drive dimples.
 
Yes there was a serial number break for the clamps started at serial number 15317 to 15569 and then for some reason they skipped using them again for a short time to when started again at serial number 15907. Two heavy clamps were used 90 degrees apart. They were tightened before the others. Or two heavy clamps put on and tightened first and rolled to each side of top. Then rim placed over the clamps and the rest put on and tightened.
 
During that time a few rims were built that didn't take a drive wedge. There was no dimple but a raised area around the clamp that held the rim from slipping. I have 2 like this.
 
Think the rims with 2 sunk places and a raise on both sides of that was before the clamp change. Rim suffix numbers were advanced to R2 and used 4 raised dimples on the rim. With the 560 wheels after serial break the 2 different clamps per side were supposed to center rim to wheel when toward top then other 6 tightened.
