Super C info on torque needed for pressure plate & flywh

Took my tractor apart and now can't find my info on the correct torque for the pressure plate and flywheel. Can someone help me out, please? Thanks

As per the manual there is no set torque value for them but if you go to the left of the page and look in research and info then torque values you can get a set of numbers that will get you in the ball park for them

Tight don't break the bolts but tight as possible has
worked for me.
