Need help identifying a tractor

I'm asking for a friend. We need help figuring out what he has. It's an old international loader/ backhoe, I know it's gas and somewhere from the fifties era. He can't find any data plate anywhere on it to help indentify it. We need parts but can't get them when we don't know what to look for. Is there any other way to figure out what it is?

I sent you an email will my cell number if you don't know how to post a picture maybe you can text me one and I can help.

Pictures my boy pictures would really help us old guys , but to hazzard a guess it could be a 300 -330-350-460. Four cylinder or six?? Round nose or more squared .

I think it's a square nose. I added a picture hope it works and helps

(quoted from post at 09:10:36 10/20/15) Well I can tell ya just by color it's not a 340 U thanks for the
attempt though.

I couldn't see the picture.. From your description your tractor might be a little newer then you think "Sq. nose" tractors range from LATE 50's to the 80's and then some (in the 40/50 everything was rounded and curved(look at a 350 or 330) .

When you say color not a match(to a 340) don't mean much(repainted at some point). I am taking it as its yellow not red/white.. This makes it Industrial.

Possible guesses 460 U/I, 2504(industrial 504), maybe 2606(606industrial) These are the earliest I can think of. A 340 or 2404 might be a little small for loader/backhoe.

Look on the clutch housing likely tag is there(its there on quite a few IH tractors).
