anyone know what the part # is?

year is 1970

I am looking for a replacement as my rod is bent on the cylinder and is leaking pretty bad. anyone have one or know where to get one?

Part number for the cylinder assembly should be 378580R91. 378817R91 ball joint/end is seperate/not included with the cylinder.

Can't help you on finding one, but the same cylinder was used on:

375 Windrower

3414, 3444, 3514, 3600A, 3616, 3800, 3850 tractors,

the following tractors when equipped with the cast I-beam front axle:
2400A, 2500A, Int. 544 & 2544, Int. 656 & 2656,

4500A, 7000, and 8000 forklifts,

and perhaps other machines.

I have a 3616 fiche card. Kinda hard to scan that. This is a scan from the 3414 book. Parts are the same. Maybe you can find some pieces and put together what you need?

I should add that O-ring #6 in the 3414 book is 290987R1, and in the 3616 book it is 310939R1. Today, both sub to 235782. The repair kit part numbers were both 386693R91. Later they updaded something and the number went to -R92, and today you have to hunt down the individual parts if you go to CIH.

Messicks dot com shows the3 78582R11 rod price being $363.60, but that doesn't mean it's available. You'd have to call a dealer and check.
