Super M water pump

I bought a new aftermarket water pump for my Super M. The pump is not a rebuild because there is no IH casting number on the pump body. The fit is good however I don't know how to remove the water pump driver to install the fan. The driver is held onto the pump shaft by a bolt with a nut at the end of the bolt. After removing the nut the bolt turns easily in both directions for 1/16 inch and then stops, as if the bolt is notched to lock to the pump shaft. Can someone tell me how to remove the water pump driver, which is the part that the two water pump driving studs and springs install through to the pulley?

If you can already move pin take off nut and lock washer and ligtly tap out pin.
Then driver should come off. Hope this sheds light for you.
