Topic: 450 dozer wont turn when it gets goood and hot

i have a straight 450 and after running it for a couple of hours it wont stear. if u are going up hill it does fine. the fulids are all good. the guy we bougt it got it from said there was new clutchs in it. was hoping to find out what to do. besieds work it a couple of hrs and come back the next day and it does the same thing.

| I assume this is a JD machine. If it steers going up hill and not on the flat, then the clutches are disengaging but the brakes are not being applied. That could be adjustment or the bands are worn out. The bands expand when warm so if it turns cold it could be just adjustment.
