What are differences between Ford 555D and 555E TBL?

I am looking for service manual set on 555D, but can't find one that is affordable. Found one for 555E.

Anyone know if they have significant differences?
Or for that matter, anyone know of a service manual set for the 555D that I would not have to take a loan out to buy?

In this age of electro-hydraulics, I wouldn't take a chance like that. No matter how similar they may be, the wire you need to trace won't be in the 'E' book.

I agree. Better get the correct manual for your machine.
There are a couple on ebay in the 200-250 range which is about what I'd expect to pay if I was in a hurry for one. If you can wait, a deal will eventually come around.

The "D" is a totally different tractor. The "E" is a complete redesign. The only similarities are the tires, paint, bucket and boom.
