fly wheel on starter motor seems to be locked
Is there a lever somewhere to unlock this somewhere read some where something about a "pony clutch lever "
also there is a dip stick right in front of seat that is all milky oil any one know where the drain plug for this might be. Is it trani oil.thankyou to anyone who can help
 
the pony motor pinion lever(upward) may be engaged and the pinion clutch lever (forward) may be engaged locking the pony motor to the diesel motor.
There is a transmission drain plug on the bottom of the transmission
