If i was making a guess. I would say an allis chalmers HD 7. My dad and uncle had one that was in the 1950'S MODEL. It was from the wartime. It was a model used by the CB'S. the grill and the top bar are identical to the one they had and used. It had a 371 detroit in it.

Kind of hard to tell what that is because of the camera angle, but it may be an HD14 with a Baker blade. The 14 had a 6-71 GM engine. The 14 and the 7 had the same grille style which adds to the question.

There's a 1947 Alis Chamers HD5 B rebuilt on Machinery Trader . com, looks just like it. Rebuit, $9000.00.
