Hi. We have just purchased an International TD14A. What is the difference between a TD14 and the TD14A. No-one this side of the pond seems to know although I'm sure now someone over here will up and tell me. Thanks Mike |

| GEMDOZER Has your information and I think somewhere there at the a they added another radiator tank at the rear of the hood to prevent the heads from cracking when you worked them on a slope. Benn an inernational man all my life but those were not one of the better ih dozers. |

| Uncle had a 14A, but I don't know the differences. It was a good tractor for him in the sticky gumbo soil. |

Pretty sure the hyd booster didn't come along until a later model. 142 I think.
Major items for the 14A:
Power boosted from 68.5 to 76.
Improved injector pump.
Double fuel filter.
Cross flow head.
Pressurized radiator.
Improved water circulation.
Steering clutch booster springs.
Stronger transmission gears with better tooth ratios.
Shifter lock operated by main clutch handle.
Bonded main clutch material.
Crown shaved ring and pinion for strength.
Center strut track kinks.
There are a bunch of small differences like the seat material etc. |
