Hey guys thanks for all the help and information. I removed the control valve (the valve that connects the foot pedals to the transmission; my repair manual calls this the control valve). It was dirty and the o-rings were crushed as it did leak a little.
Took the valve apart and gave it a good bath in diesel and replaced the gasket and o-rings. Topped off the oil and it runs great.
Still trying to find access to my center section to get at those relief, check, and shuttle valves when and if I have to?????.
