John Deere 350 Value

I have a 350 Loader that is partially disassembled. The engine has been removed because a shaft broke connecting it to the transmission. It has the diesel engine. I have most of the gaskets for reassembly. I would like to sell it as is. Does anyone have an idea how much I should ask for it? Thanks

I would venture scrap or maybe parts value, there was a guy around here who had the same crawler, complete but disassembled, sales ad was around for a year or more more like 2 it seems.

You don't give enough info to give you an answer. What year is the machine, what shape is it in otherwise, etc., etc.

I think it's a mid 50's. It's in average condition. It has a decent undercarriage and the steering clutches work.

Guy south of the twin cities tried to sell a TD6 IH dozer about 2 years ago that was disassembled. Engine was supposed to be rebuilt, decent UC new steering brakes and clutches. He ran ads for more than a year asking 2500. Don't know how much he sold it for or if it even sold.....

Location?

They didn't make JD 350's in the 50's. I think they came out in about 65. Can you post a pic or something so the crawler experts can tell you what you have. It sounds like it could be fixed though.

Running machines like that here sell for scrap price plus a 100 bucks. Non running like yours usually sell for scrap price less the haul bill.
